We do not accept returns on any custom made dog clothes.  You, the Customer, are fully responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you submit.  Unless the item is defective, we do not accept returns on custom made items.  If the item is defective, it will be replaced with the same item.  If you have ordered the wrong size please contact us, we may be able to alter the item. Please allow for full growth of hair when measuring your dog.  If your dog is a puppy, please allow extra sizing for growth.  

Monogrammed items are personalized and therefore are not returnable.  Doggy Diapers are not returnable for sanitary reasons.
